A bank guarantee is generated by an account holder where he commands the bank to associate with the bank of the other party. It is non-transferable.  The assets will be taken as collateral or security. No one has the right to purchase or sell it. Bank guarantees are provided for a specific period and it got expired once the guarantee is discontinued. Bank guarantee depends on various factors such as repayment history, individual, total work experience, business turnover / sales, creditworthiness, etc. Age limit for self-employed individuals is between 25 to 65 and business continuity is minimum of 2 to 5 years.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED for Bank Guarantee

  • Photographs of all the directors
  • Address proof – directors and company
  • Shareholder with CA certified
  • GST returns for 1 year
  • PAN Card of all directors and company
  • Sale, GST, SSI AND VAT registration certificate
  • Bank statements of all accounts of the company for 1 year
  • Complete copy of memorandum order  
  • Statement of all director savings account
  • ITR of all individual directors and computation for last 3 years
  • Complete financial for last 3 years with Annexure and Tax audit
